I love SMS marketing and I think it’s giving email marketing a strong run for it’s money, and I love to see so much competition with SMS Marketing out there. With that being said, it can get a bit overwhelming when it comes time to actually choose an SMS Marketing platform for your business. This is my full Call Loop review of the fairly new SMS marketing company that also offers voice broadcasting. I’ll explain more later.

I haven't tried all the integrations yet, but so far sending a mass text is easy. Love the voice Recording as text too! A lot of great features!

Keywords: depending on your plan you get more than one
Scheduling: set a date and time for your messages to go out.
Text to win: great feature that I highly recommend with any SMS marketing platform.
Analytics:. Without this, you can’t really do proper marketing analysis. Most SMS marketing software comes with this now.
Call Loop has several features as you can see from this screen shot. The only feature Call Loop doesn’t offer that is common with other SMS marketing services is the ability to send MMS messages or PICTURE messages. 
Call loop has a lot of positive reviews and even offers voice record sending! This I have not seen yet with SMS marketing. Record your voice in place of a text and send it to your list! I like this feature a lot.

Many customers are sharing the simplicity of the integration that Call Loop has with Fusion soft. Almost all the reviews gave Call Loop 5 stars for customer service.

So, the big question! Is Call Loop worth it? In my opinion, yes. They are a solid company with great customer service and they have really great reviews. Some things I look at when I do my reviews of any SMS marketing company is their website traffic. Call loop is getting over 70,000 unique visitors per month.
The other factor I look at is their customer service reviews. Any company that offers fast and reliable customer service is worth checking out. Even when some customers gave Call Loop lower scores for features, they always gave Call Loop 5 stars for customer service. I say give them a shot.
If you need voicemail recording features and voice texting, then Call Loop is defiantly the SMS marketing platform to go with. Call Loop offers the free plan with no credit card required, so give them a try!
